Managing the reception area and welcoming clients professionally
Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
Diary management and scheduling appointments
Providing full PA support to management
Handling general administrative duties and office coordination
Filing, data capturing, and document management
Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
Minimum Requirements :
Matric (Grade 12)
Previous experience as a PA and / or Receptionist
Strong computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Well-presented and professional demeanour
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Advantageous :
Experience in a corporate or professional environment
Afrikaans speaking (beneficial)
