What You’ll Do
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies : Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Coach multiple teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices across the SDLC.
- Partner with Product Owners and Developers to refine Features, Epics, and Stories.
- Track and remove impediments, elevate issues, and recommend solutions.
- Monitor team progress using Agile metrics to drive transparency and goal setting.
- Manage team backlogs and capacity in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Foster productive discussions, decision‑making, and conflict resolution.
- Identify risks and guide teams through mitigation strategies.
- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to support team growth.
What You Bring
Practitioner‑level experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks.Passion for technology, mentoring, and continuous improvement.Ability to understand diverse technical domains (Full Stack, Data, DevOps).Experience coaching development teams and assessing performance.Strong prioritization, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile engineering practices (CI / CD, TDD, Pairing, Automated Testing).Nice to Have
