We’re looking for a Scrum Master with a passion for Agile practices and a talent for mentoring teams. If you have 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Agile methodology and at least 1 year in training or consulting roles , this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact—remotely.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies : Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Coach multiple teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices across the SDLC.
- Partner with Product Owners and Developers to refine Features, Epics, and Stories.
- Track and remove impediments, elevate issues, and recommend solutions.
- Monitor team progress using Agile metrics to drive transparency and goal setting.
- Manage team backlogs and capacity in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Foster productive discussions, decision‑making, and conflict resolution.
- Identify risks and guide teams through mitigation strategies.
- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to support team growth.
