Bookkeeper / Migration Consultant (POS24015)

Salary : R 20,000 to R 25,000 per month
Job Purpose
Migration specialists assist new and existing customers with complex integrations and migrations of their financial web applications. You will also be responsible for helping clients understand migration requirements, creating technical specifications, and supporting them throughout migration activities.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer cases through telephone, e‑mail, and online meetings.
- Perform data migrations from legacy financial systems to our system.
- Build client relationships and answer queries.
- Update system training documents.
- Conduct system training via Zoom to ensure users gain basic, intermediate, and advanced knowledge.
