Job description

We are looking for a talented and motivated UX / UI Designer to join our Graduate Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong eye for design and a passion for user experience to build a career in the digital space, particularly in a fast-paced online industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to build their portfolio, gain real-world experience, and develop a career in visual design. You’ll be working on a wide variety of projects that support the company’s branding, marketing, and digital content efforts.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles, be comfortable designing across web and mobile interfaces, and be able to hand-code HTML.

You must also be confident working with and editing HTML in environments such as marketing emails and responsive layouts.

Key Requirements :

  • Degree or diploma in UX / UI Design, Web Design, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual design skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML (hand-coding) and ability to manipulate email templates
  • Basic understanding of responsive design, CSS, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment

This role is ideal for a creative thinker with technical capabilities, looking to grow under the guidance of a senior design team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of visual assets for web, social media, print, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with senior designers and marketers to develop and refine creative concepts.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Support layout and design of internal documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative planning.
  • Prepare final artwork for digital and print production.
  • Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

    • Essential Skills & Requirements

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
