Purpose of the Role :
To enable contract benefits and value release through the delivery of a watertight, compliant, and cost-effective contracting capability. The role ensures contractual integrity, mitigates risks, and optimizes contract performance in alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, negotiate, and administer all contracts within the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, track on-contract spend, and ensure timely availability.
- Address supplier performance issues and maintain an accurate contracts database.
- Establish robust contract management and risk mitigation processes.
- Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to foster strong relationships and ensure contract deliverables.
Minimum Requirements :
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years' experience in contract management or procurement in a large organization.Strong understanding of contract law, procurement policies, and compliance frameworks.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
