The Role

We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to manage dashboards, coordinate production, generate AI assets, and handle creator relationships. You'll free up our leadership to focus on strategy whilst ensuring flawless execution.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Cape Town, reporting directly to the founder. You'll work closely with our Creative Strategist, graphic designers, video editors, and UGC creators.

What You'll Do

Creative Dashboard Management

• Organise weekly creative briefs in Notion with proper assignments for designers and editors
• Maintain accurate status tracking across all projects (briefed → in progress → ready for review → launched)
• Ensure naming conventions are followed and all metadata is correct
• Keep dashboards current and production team informed
