Duties & Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Investigate and analyse production methods to drive efficiency, reduce cost, and eliminate waste.
• Use data to improve communication and streamline processes.
• Review and document best practices, codify them into manuals.
