Job descriptionA degree in Engineering, IT, Digital Media, Audio-Visual Technology, or related field. 5+ years experience in AV / immersive technologies. Hands-on knowledge of hardware such as VR headsets, projectors, sound systems, and networked AV setups. Coding knowledge (VR / AR environments an advantage). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English. Curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to explore new ideas. What youll do :
- Maintain and troubleshoot AV and immersive systems (VR headsets, projectors, sound systems, digital displays).
- Provide first-line and advanced technical support across multiple countries.
- Plan and implement immersive tech projects, from design through to rollout.
- Collaborate with global teams to test and prototype emerging technologies.
- Train staff on the correct use of AV and VR systems.
- Research and recommend future technologies that elevate luxury guest experiences.
