The areas of responsibility include but are not limited to :

Delivering a positive and professional client service experience to branch customers.

Managing client inquiries at branches and documenting activities and outcomes.

Escalating customer complaints or complex queries to supervisors and branch managers promptly.

Providing clients with technical assistance on products and services offered by AVBOB Member Value.

Building positive client relations through regular check-ins and follow-ups.

Maintaining client records and documenting processes.

Identifying potential client service concerns via post-service surveys and facilitating proactive interventions.

Keeping abreast of emerging trends in client services and helping leverage these trends.

Recommending product improvements based on client feedback.
