Job Purpose
To assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Head Chef with menu planning and food preparation.
- Supervise line cooks, commis, and other staff.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
- Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
