Role Description

This is a fixed-term on-site role for a Dutch Customer Support agent at Outsource-X South Africa located in Somerset West. The representative handles customer inquiries, provides technical support, ensures customer satisfaction, and uses analytical skills to resolve customer issues. All support is conducted in writing. The representative communicates clearly and professionally with customers in Dutch and delivers exceptional service to meet customer expectations.
