Network Engineer

Role Overview

The Network Engineer plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable network infrastructures across OryxAlign and client environments. This role requires strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies, including Meraki and SD-WAN solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal network performance, security, and reliability across multiple sites to ensure reliable service delivery and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Network Design & Implementation : Design, deploy, and manage Cisco-based network solutions, including Meraki and SD-WAN.
• Configure and optimise Cisco routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Ensure network architecture supports scalability, security, and performance goals.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor network performance and proactively address issues.
• Perform regular network assessments and security audits.
• Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for network-related incidents and service requests.
• Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Support compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
