Salary Based on Experience Minimum requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field advantageous
- Strong HR generalist experience covering the full employee life cycle
- Ability to design and manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
- Solid knowledge of South African labour laws and compliance requirements
- Experience managing performance processes, reviews and employee development
- Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution and fostering engagement
- Ability to create, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Experience delivering training and development initiatives
- Proficiency in HR systems, technology and maintaining accurate employee records
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
