Salary Based on Experience Minimum requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or a related field advantageous
• Strong HR generalist experience covering the full employee life cycle
• Ability to design and manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
• Solid knowledge of South African labour laws and compliance requirements
• Experience managing performance processes, reviews and employee development
• Skilled in employee relations, conflict resolution and fostering engagement
• Ability to create, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Experience delivering training and development initiatives
• Proficiency in HR systems, technology and maintaining accurate employee records
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
