POSITION OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing technology stack, streamline workflows, and provide the insights that power smarter decision‑making. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on building scalable processes and proving marketing’s impact in high‑stakes B2B environments.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
  • Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality, lead flow accuracy, and reliable attribution across platforms.
  • Design scalable processes to support both mid‑market campaigns (hundreds of leads) and enterprise campaigns (fewer high‑value opportunities).
  • Align marketing metrics with business outcomes and collaborate closely with Sales Operations.
  • Continuously optimize workflows and establish best practices for reporting, data management, and automation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • 5 years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations with proven B2B business services experience.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Background in high‑value, low‑sales‑velocity environments is strongly preferred.
  • Hands‑on expertise with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
  • Track record of building marketing operations from the ground up, not just maintaining existing systems.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented and process‑driven.
  • Experience supporting both enterprise and mid‑market sales cycles is a plus.
  • CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background / security investigation results.

  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    This job operates in a professional office environment. You will be largely sedentary and required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. You may need to move around the office, reach in any direction, lift or move objects up to 40 pounds.
