Overview of key activities :
- Seasonal harvest & off-season casual employment Recruitment and Selections.
- Seasonal & casual appointments by following the procedure. (Medicals, Induction, Signing of contracts)
- Monitor Head count.
- Manage disciplinary procedures, issue and recording of all warnings.
- Assist supervisors and managers with Counselling.
- Arrange hearings, do investigations, and prepare for hearings.
- Daily Absence : check registers, report, and follow-up on all absence.
The criteria and requirements are as follows :
Grade 12 / HR qualification or 2-3 years’ experience will be an advantage.Communication skills and the ability to work with people are very important.Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and carry out assigned tasks to completion.Manage time and resources well and demonstrate good organizational abilities.Work under pressure when required.Positive attitudeAble to prioritize important matters and act on them accordingly.Valid driver’s LicenseGood computer skillsFluently in Afrikaans or EnglishSpeaking Xhosa will be an advantage.Please note that if you have not received a response within 2 weeks, you should consider your application unsuccessful.
