We are seeking a proactive, deeply technical Operations Specialist to own and optimize this entire backend ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who is a true systems nerd —someone who takes pride in solving the complex backend challenges that power marketing success.
This is a hands‑on, non‑client‑facing role focused on driving operational efficiency and ensuring perfect data flow across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the MarTech Stack : Lead strategy, maintenance, and integration of all marketing technology tools, including CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), automation platforms (Zapier), and supporting sales tools (e.g., outbound emailing, LinkedIn).
- Integrations & Automations : Design, build, and maintain complex integrations and automations to ensure seamless, real‑time data flow between all systems (e.g., ensuring LinkedIn data syncs accurately into the CRM).
- Process Enhancement : Continuously evaluate and improve processes to scale efficiency, accuracy, and data hygiene.
Proactive Problem Solving & Resourcefulness
Autonomous Execution : Be a self‑starter. When faced with a challenge, your mindset should be “How can I find the answer?” rather than “Who can I ask?”Problem Anticipation : Monitor systems proactively to identify and resolve issues before they impact execution teams.Documentation : Maintain clear, detailed documentation of integrations and process updates.Compliance : Ensure all systems adhere to proper tracking, data privacy, and governance standards.Collaboration (Internal Focus)
Partner with the Strategy team to understand execution needs and optimize automation and data flows accordingly.Work closely with designers and web developers to ensure accurate implementation of tracking and web components.Ideal Candidate Profile
Mindset : A technical systems enthusiast who genuinely enjoys working “in the weeds” and solving backend challenges.Experience : Proven experience as a Marketing Operations Specialist or Manager with deep expertise in CRM systems, integrations, and automation (particularly Zapier).Technical Background : Could come from a role such as System Integrations Specialist , CRM Administrator , or Technical Marketing Operations Analyst .Resourcefulness : Demonstrated ability to research, troubleshoot, and independently solve complex problems.Skills : Fast, sharp, and tech‑savvy with strong attention to backend logic and operational efficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
