What You Will Be Doing
Serve as a strategic partner to functional leaders, providing day-to-day support on performance, employee relations, and talent management.Manage disciplinary, grievance, and counselling matters in line with South African labour legislation.Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast and fulfil staffing needs that align with business and employment equity goals.Facilitate performance management processes and coach line managers on development and retention strategies.Embed the company\'s culture framework and drive employee engagement through localised interventions.Support workforce planning and leverage people analytics to provide insights on turnover and productivity.What You Will Bring To The Table
A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.4 to 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally within the retail, logistics, or healthcare sectors.Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA) and HR compliance practices.Experience with transformation, skills development, and equity legislation.A proven ability to build trust and credibility with business leaders and employees.Excellent business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-change environment.Seniority level
