They are now looking to appoint a strong Group Finance Manager to join their leadership team based in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town . As Group Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the full finance function across the group. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee reporting, compliance, and controls, while also driving strategic initiatives at group level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full finance function at group level
• Drive accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
• Manage group consolidations and reporting for board and JSE requirements
• Partner with leadership to provide strategic financial input and support decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required :

Qualified CA(SA)

4+ years within a similar role

JSE listed exposure beneficial

Syspro system experience beneficial
