Introduction

We are seeking Site Supervisors X 3 to lead, oversee, and coordinate transportation and customer service operations at the client site, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

YOUR CORE FOCUS AREAS :

Oversee and guide team members to ensure efficient operations.
Manage the receipt and allocation of jobs and stock.
Verify that all stock is accurately sorted and properly labelled.
Organize stock according to designated regional areas.
Prepare and organize all manifests and delivery notes.
Plan loads effectively and coordinate space bookings.
Maintain and enforce health and safety standards in the workplace.
Coordinate and execute load instructions accurately.
Develop and implement dispatch plans aligned with customer requirements.
Identify operational issues and report them promptly.
Ensure vehicle information is communicated to the appropriate personnel.
Monitor and follow up on urgent deliveries to guarantee timely completion.
Inspire, organize, and foster teamwork to meet productivity goals.
Generate and submit daily dispatch reports.
Compile and reconcile job records from the previous night’s activities.

Minimum Requirements

Matric

Diploma in Supply Chain or related field would be an advantage.

A minimum of 2 - 4 years working experience in logistics in a similar role.

Effective communication on all levels within the organization and with customers.

Computer literate and excel proficiency.

Knowledge of vehicle loading, staff management & planning.

Ability to work under pressure.

Good staff management skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
