As a key member of the BizTX Senior Leadership Team, this role plays a pivotal part in bringing BizTX’s vision to life. It does so by fostering an inclusive culture of empowerment, high performance, and digital innovation, placing our people at the heart of everything we do, across all 160 BizTX employees globally.

This is a multifaceted leadership role with several core responsibilities :

  • Leading the People & Performance function, including in-country HR partnering, organisational change management, learning, communications, and talent acquisition. These serve as both an enabling function for BizTX and a source of expertise for projects across the technology roadmap.
  • Driving the people change and transformation journey across BizTX, supporting the integration of legacy technology teams (both centrally and within Business Units), alongside the team dedicated to our business transformation programme, Optimus.
  • Shaping and embedding the leadership transformation agenda, helping to define and enable the desired culture across BizTX.
  • Representing BizTX as a subject matter expert for people & performance, acting as a strategic partner on the project team for the digital transformation of HR.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the People & Performance (P&P) Function

  • Own and drive the P&P strategy by leading the P&P transformation roadmap.  Inspire the P&P function ensuring ensure all projects are designed and scoped to deliver WOW across BizTX.
  • Champion operational excellence by embedding measurable KPIs that elevate the employee experience across global BizTX, and end users through technology transformation projects.
  • Act as both a coach and mentor to enable individual and team growth, helping the team to be the best version of themselves with a strong sense of team.
  • Elevate people manager capability through tailored support and coaching, embedding excellence across the full spectrum of people management
  • Lead with robust financial governance the P&P, talent acquisition and learning budgets across BizTX.
  • Driving the people change and transformation journey :

  • Partner with leadership to shape future-ready organisational design, aligning capabilities within an exponentially evolving technology landscape.
  • Build a high-performance talent engine, sourcing the right talent at the right time, creating a brand forward, WOW experience that positions BizTX as a destination employer.
  • Embed our people centric approach ‘Better Humaning for High Performance’ into every layer of leadership and culture, where individuals thrive and deliver magic.
  • Co-create an exponential culture with leadership, that inspires bold thinking, high trust, and exceptional results.
  • Lead the D&I agenda with impact, focus on Women in Leadership and build frameworks that unlock authentic, inclusive leadership across BizTX.
  • Champion the employee experience, design interventions that amplify satisfaction, retention, and alignment with our TwiningsOvo Values
  • Own the reward strategy, ensure competitive, compliant, and compelling remuneration across BizTX, leading annual reviews and reward processes.
  • Be the critical lens and conscience, offering expert HR advice, challenge constructively, and mitigate risk with integrity.
  • Lead change management through a centrally governed, locally delivered model, to ensure flawless ‘go lives’ for Optimus across APAC1 and beyond.  Track the progress of change initiatives and make the required adjustments to ensure successful adoption.
  • Shape the learning strategy, leverage AI to deliver intuitive, accessible learning with high adoption and impact.
  • Drive communications excellence, ensuring the strategy delivers WOW through cutting edge tools and technology, that connects BizTX and the wider TwO organisation.
  • Shaping and embedding the leadership transformation agenda :

  • In collaboration with the General Manager, BizTX, build a leadership culture of trust, healthy conflict, accountability, and exceptional results.
  • Strengthen team dynamics using profiling tools to foster psychological safety and connectivity across the Extended Leadership Team
  • Bring the talent agenda to life, collaborating with the SLT to drive diverse succession planning and tangible development actions.
  • Representing BizTX as a subject matter expert for people & performance

  • Lead and deliver the implementation of the new HR information system (HRIS) across BizTX.
  • To be a critical part of the HRIS steering group, ensuring technical capability is sourced and brought on board to stand up the core project team.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the project team, through representing the BizTX operating model amongst the broader People & Performance / HR Directors globally.
  • Provide organisational change management expertise to this transformation project to enable successful adoption of all end users.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a People & Performance / HR Director with passion and knowledge for changing and developing organisations
  • Experience of delivering results and creating a WOW employee experience
  • Excellent commercial & business awareness
  • Experience of organisational design, change and change management
  • Proven experience of driving talent management and capability development
  • The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure, delivering high-quality outcomes with discipline and focus.
  • Success in this role requires strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders, combined with an approachable leadership style that builds trust and engagement across all levels and cultures.
  • A CIPD or relevant postgraduate qualification in HR or Business Management is preferred.
  • Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous.
