We specialize in rugged products for Mining, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Agriculture, including the Telecoms industries. We supply rugged mobile devices to the consumer market through online and walk-in clients.

Detailed Job Description
Duties will include, but not limited to the following :
- Accurately complete all customs-related documents (e.g., invoices, HS codes, customs worksheets, SAD500, Clearing Instructions, and certificates of origin, etc)
- Correct classification and valuation of goods
- Quality control and verification before submission
- Assess the accuracy of customs duties, tariffs, and VAT calculations
- Effectiveness of communication with internal stakeholders, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities
- Responsiveness and clarity in communication
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve customs & logistical issues
- Ability to identify and mitigate potential customs risks and resolve issues proactively
- Demonstrate cost savings or performance gains
- Continuous improvement enhances productivity and reduces operational costs
- Evaluates effectiveness in managing costs related to freight, customs duties, brokerage fees, and clearance charges
- Minimization of penalties and demurrage
- Staying up to date with changing customs regulations and trade agreements
- Ability to manage relationships professionally
- Demonstrates strong governance and compliance control
- Ensuring that landed cost is kept to a minimum
- Negotiate freight rates on a frequent basis
- End-to-end logistics management
- Assist with TDN’s & VOC’s
- Minimum of 3 (three) years in logistics / freight with customs knowledge
- Project Management / facilitating experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Excel (intermediate to advanced), PowerPoint and Outlook)
