Sales Strategy & Market Understanding
- Identify and target the correct client base (demographics, location, ideal client profile).
- Position our products clearly in the market and understand how we differentiate from competitors.
- Continuously research competitors and market trends.
Lead Generation
- Actively generate new leads using multiple channels (Instagram, email campaigns, SEO, cold calls,
- networking, trade shows, architects / designers).
- Deliver a set number of new leads per month.
- Use CRM or agreed tools to manage and record all lead activity.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Build and manage a clear sales pipeline from first contact to deal closure.
- Implement and maintain a structured follow-up system (emails, calls, showroom visits, samples).
- Achieve and maintain agreed conversion rates.
Monthly Action Plan
- Meet weekly activity goals : prospecting, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Secure a set number of showroom visits and client meetings per week.
- Develop collaborations with architects, interior designers, and developers within the first months.
KPIs & Sales Targets
- Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management
- Meet activity-based targets (calls / emails sent, meetings booked, proposals delivered).
- Reach agreed milestones within the first 3 months of employment.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Create a marketing plan to drive campaigns and support lead generation.
- Suggest and assist in promotional opportunities (Instagram campaigns, press releases, exhibitions,
- showroom events).
- Strengthen brand presence through direct client and industry engagement.
Reporting & Accountability
- Provide weekly sales activity reports and monthly pipeline reviews.
- Highlight challenges early and propose solutions to improve results.
- Take ownership of results and adjust approach where necessary to achieve targets.
