Finance Business Partner

What you'll do :

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing strong analytical insight into our client's financial performance. You will be responsible for owning the annual budget preparation cycle, developing and maintaining a robust revenue reporting tool, and producing monthly board packs. Your strategic financial analysis skills will be crucial in assisting senior management with planning and operational matters. Furthermore, you will support operational leads with any required financial analysis, ensure NetSuite contains all relevant budget data, and develop a profit by client reporting process.

• Own the annual budget preparation cycle, working closely with relevant department heads and the CFO
• Develop and maintain a robust revenue and cash-flow reporting tool
• Produce monthly board pack and other board-related papers
• Undertake strategic financial analysis and assist senior management with planning and operational matters
• Support operational leads with any required financial analysis
• Ensure NetSuite contains all relevant budget data and can generate required board report backup
• Develop and implement a profit by client reporting process

What you bring :

The ideal candidate for this Finance Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience and qualifications including CA (SA), CGMA or ACCA. With at least five years' experience in a similar role, you have honed your analytical skills to provide insightful financial analysis. Your experience extends to budget preparation, re-forecasting, producing detailed reports for board meetings, and developing revenue reporting tools. Proficiency in using NetSuite or similar financial software is also essential.
