Job descriptionStrong written and verbal communication skills. Creativity in developing content ideas and marketing concepts. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media channels Google Analytics email marketing tools). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to analyse data and interpret consumer insights. Good organisational and time-management skills. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and / or Google Workspace tools. Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics Analytical thinking to interpret data and draw actionable insights Adaptability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in team settings Customer-focused attitude with understanding of consumer needs and preferences Problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges in campaign execution Time management skills to meet tight deadlines and campaign launch dates Initiative and proactivity in identifying opportunities for improvement Professional communication when interacting with internal teams and external partners Eagerness to learn about retail advertising trends and best practices Assist in creating and executing group advertising campaigns for suppliers / sellers Support the development of promotional materials for all retail media campaigns Gather design assets and schedule campaigns in marketing calendar Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on key insights Maintain advertising campaign calendars and project timelines Coordinate with vendors suppliers and external agencies employees are entrepreneurial and dynamic smart customer-centric fun and have the shared ambition of being the leading e-commerce company in Africa.
