The Role : Head of Growth & Casino Operations
This senior leadership role is responsible for growing the platform's user base, enhancing player retention, managing affiliate relationships, and launching high-impact promotions. You'll lead a team, own the growth strategy, and be held accountable for commercial performance, including Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), first-time depositors, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years experience in a growth or operations role within iGaming or crypto gambling
- Lead growth strategy across SEO, paid channels, crypto communities, and influencer marketing
- Design and manage player retention programs, loyalty systems, and VIP experiences
- Grow and optimise affiliate partnerships, including negotiation and performance tracking
- Deliver engaging campaigns, jackpots, and tournaments to increase engagement
- Track key metrics, including MAU, FTD, NGR, and retention, to guide decision-making
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams in marketing, design, and support
- Operate autonomously with strategic ownership of growth and revenue
About You
3+ years in iGaming, crypto casinos, or related online gambling platformsProven success in affiliate marketing, user acquisition, and retention initiativesStrong Web3 and crypto payment knowledge, including user behaviour and channelsNetwork of affiliates, influencers, or media partners in the crypto gambling spaceComfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced environmentData-driven mindset with a focus on commercial KPIsClear communicator with leadership experienceFluent English (other languages a plus)Must be available to work UK hours, Monday to FridayClear, neutral accent preferred for client and affiliate interactions
