Senior Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, leading the analysis, design, and implementation of complex IT systems and solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in systems analysis or related roles, with a proven track record in complex system projects.

Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), system architecture, and business process modeling.

Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, Oracle), enterprise applications, and system integration.

Proficiency in requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and technical documentation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management tools, and IT governance frameworks.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
