Job descriptionAssist Principals and Managers during the budget compilation process. Monitor performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide advice to Principals and Brand Finance Manager. Analyze trends, highlighting areas of concern monthly. Coordinate with Group Shared Services on revenue collection and fixed assets. Financial / Management Accounting : Confirm inter-company loans. Support Principals and Brand Management with financial guidance. Prepare complex account reconciliations and review recon prepared by others. Handle queries from campuses and liaise with Group Shared Services. Financial / Management Reporting : Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Manage cash flow and prepare management accounts. Submit monthly MANCO reports on time. Compliance : Assist in internal and external audits, addressing queries and findings. Provide training on financial policies and procedures. Approve expenditure as per authorization matrix. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns. Staff Management : Identify critical skills necessary for service delivery. Ensure staff are adequately trained. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Working experience in a Shared Service company (non-negotiable) Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.

This role is based in Rosebank, Johannesburg North.
Responsibilities :
- Financial Planning, Forecasting, and Budgeting :
Develop detailed budgets for each campus after consulting with management and analyzing historical data.
Reconcile billing and payments monthly and annually.
Analyze financial performance of campuses and brands.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
