About the Role

We’re seeking a BI Analyst to support marketing and business teams by interpreting data, uncovering trends, and providing actionable insights. You’ll work with advanced analytics tools to optimise campaigns, measure performance, and support customer engagement strategies. What You’ll Do

Analyse data, segment databases, and identify trends and opportunities.

Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Support digital and direct marketing teams with insights and testing.

Track and measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Build clear data visualisations (graphs, charts, dashboards).

Create and test customer journeys and targeted communications.

Maintain and enrich databases to ensure accuracy and hygiene.

Manage lifecycle campaigns for the loyalty programme.

What You Bring

Strong skills in Excel and Power BI (SQL an advantage).

Knowledge of Analysis Services and project management.

Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Experience in campaign analysis, segmentation, and testing.

Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
