Job Objective :
The Sales Representative's role is to find potential clients, create leads, market products or services, and finalize sales to achieve company goals. They cultivate strong client relationships, deliver outstanding customer service, and serve as a connection between the company and its clientele.
Key Responsibilities :
Seek out and identify potential clients.
Foster positive business relationships to secure future sales opportunities.
Achieve or surpass sales goals and results within the established timeline.
Conduct market analysis to comprehend customer needs, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Create and present professional sales presentations.
Negotiate agreement terms and finalize sales.
Ensure swift resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Compile regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance sales efforts.
Qualifications & Skills :
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to build productive business relationships.
Time management and organizational skills.
Matric is required or qualification relevant to NQF level 4
