Financial Accountant

This is a role for a Financial Accountant who enjoys complexity, thrives on pace, and wants visibility into a fast-moving, performance-driven business.

You'll sit close to the numbers that matter, revenue, cost drivers, cash, controls, and decision-making, and you'll be trusted to own your space end-to-end. Accuracy is non-negotiable, but so is curiosity, commercial thinking, and the confidence to ask why.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be responsible for the full accounting and reporting cycle across multiple streams of activity, including:

• Monthly management reporting and reconciliations
• Ensuring data accuracy across products, regions, platforms and brands
• Investigating variances, resolving open items, and staying ahead of anomalies
• Preparing income statements and balance sheets with meaningful commentary
• Managing accruals, prepayments, intercompany billing, depreciation and FX
• Supporting internal and external audits with confidence and precision
• Handling tax, VAT and regulatory reporting across multiple regions
• Managing weekly cash flow, payments and supplier balances
• Strengthening controls, documenting processes, and improving how things are done

In short: this is a hands-on, high-ownership role where your work directly supports senior leadership decision-making.

What we're looking for:

• BCom in Finance, Accounting or similar
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in complex, transactional environments
• Exposure to ERP systems (Business Central experience is a bonus)
