Job description

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Ability to grow existing client base and identify potential customers.
  • Implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Ensure orders are processed in timely manner
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to engage face to face with clients
  • Motivated by continuous learning and development
  • Compile required reporting for management on a weekly basis
  • Close deals on developments
  • Cold calling
  • Engage with developers and architects to close loop between Client and Merchant
  • Gain Specifications – Introduce Client’s products, and influence the product being specified in projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with indirect customers
  • Advise on the right product for the right application

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma / degree in Sales & Marketing
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Computer literacy – MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license

    • REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales

    RECOMMENDED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALITIES

  • Dynamic and results driven, with a passion to exceed targets.
  • Sales and customer service orientated.
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Excellent closing skills
  • Generate solutions for customers.
  • Proven sales discipline practices
  • Presentation skills is a must.
  • Public speaking is a must.
  • Ability to engage with all levels from Shop floor to business owners.
  • Responsible and Accountable, forward thinking / innovative problem solver.
  • Administration skills and attention to detail
  • Fully bilingual (English)
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license

    R800 000
