CRM and AI integration (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics)

Role Description :

The CTO leads digital innovation across the group, focusing on AI integration, CRM optimization, and enhancing the car buying and aftersales journey through advanced tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy & Innovation :

Define the tech vision and manage related budgets

Identify and adopt emerging technologies

Technical Architecture & Infrastructure :

Design scalable and secure systems

Oversee CRM and website platforms

Optimize user experience and lead capture tools

CRM & Data Integration :

Automate CRM workflows

Build a real-time data ecosystem across departments

Ensure cybersecurity and compliance

AI-Driven Sales, Aftersales & CX :

Implement AI tools for customer service, lead gen, and inventory

Use predictive analytics for forecasting and pricing

Team Leadership & Vendor Management :

Work across departments to align tech with business needs

Manage suppliers and external platforms

Training & Adoption :

Enable staff to utilize tech effectively

Foster platform adoption and digital culture
