Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Roodepoort. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our insurance products, answering inquiries and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a high level of customer service, managing client relationships and meeting sales targets. The role also involves updating customer information in the database and attending training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales experience and skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the insurance industry (at least 6 months telesales experience)
• Matric Certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent; any industry related qualification (RE5, FAIS Credits etc.) is beneficial
