We’re looking for a Sales Manager – Southern Africa to lead and expand our luxury safari sales across Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mauritius, and Madagascar.This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll own regional growth, build lasting relationships, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional client experiences.You’ll lead and inspire a fully remote team of travel consultants, shaping one of ASG’s most exciting and high-impact divisions.If you’re a natural leader with a passion for people, performance, and purpose, this is your chance to make your mark.What You’ll Do
Regional & Strategic LeadershipOwn and drive sales targets for the Southern Africa region.Deliver consistent growth, profitability, and market expansion.Lead through data insights, collaboration, and creativity.Relationship & Partnership BuildingBuild and maintain strong partnerships with lodges, DMCs, and key tourism stakeholders.Represent ASG’s brand and values across the region.Champion sustainable, responsible tourism practices.Cross-Department CollaborationPartner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align offerings.Ensure seamless client journeys and world-class service delivery.Contribute insights and innovation to product development and campaigns.Team Leadership & DevelopmentMentor and support a remote team of luxury travel consultants.Foster a culture of continuous learning, motivation, and excellence.Collaborate with Recruitment to bring in top-tier sales talent.Requirements
.Proven experience in luxury travel or safari sales (Southern Africa focus).Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.Passion for sustainability and responsible tourism.Benefits
