Talk to customers all over South Africa who need to connect to the internet.

Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by making sure customers see the value in what Connection hub offers.

Manage your leads and hitting your targets for calls, conversions, and revenue every month.

Working with your manager to tweak and improve sales strategies.

Sharing customer feedback and market insights to help us improve our services.

What you’ll need to succeed :

  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding your targets in a fast‑paced phone / field based sales or customer service role.
  • The ability to build rapport and close sales in the field.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Super organised with an eye for detail.
  • A bias to action and the capability to deliver good work quickly.
  • The ability to commute to our offices in the Cape Town 6 days a week and work to flexible shift patterns including some evenings and weekends.
  • A strong alignment with our company values and able to make an impact.
