REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Industry-relevant qualification in IT
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Highly organized, with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies
  • Competent problem-solver with the ability to develop solutions that optimize performance and meet both technical and business needs

DUTIES :

  • Write complex SQL reports
  • Set up and maintain correspondence templates in Excel
  • Develop a deep understanding of the OWLS system and its configuration
  • Test system changes thoroughly to ensure functionality and accuracy
