Responsibilities

• Editing & post-production : Efficiently cut and assemble footage, ensuring smooth pacing, compelling storytelling, and polished final outputs.
• Motion graphics & animation : Add visually engaging elements such as text animations, lower thirds, transitions, and infographics to enhance videos.
• Industry-aligned creativity : Understand the coaching and personal development space, adding creative elements that elevate storytelling and align with industry trends.
• Sound & color enhancement : Perform color grading, audio mixing, and sound design to ensure videos are polished and immersive.
• Platform-specific optimization : Prioritize editing videos for YouTube and Instagram, ensuring they align with best practices for engagement and retention on these platforms. Additionally, adapt content effectively for TikTok, LinkedIn while maintaining high production quality.
• Workflow efficiency : Develop reusable templates for animations, transitions, and branding elements to streamline production.
• Creative adaptability & industry trends : Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, storytelling methods, and trends within the coaching and self-improvement space.
• Strong communication & feedback integration : Take feedback well and iterate quickly while maintaining creative integrity and efficiency.
