What Youll Be Doing

As a Junior Inventory Supply Planner, your role will focus on maintaining optimal inventory levels across multiple platforms to ensure timely order fulfilment and minimal stock issues. You will play a vital role in our inventory planning cycle and gain exposure to a broad range of functions in the supply chain and e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor inventory across e-commerce platforms , warehouses , and distribution centers to meet demand.
• Analyse sales trends , seasonal patterns , and promotional activity to support accurate stock replenishment.
• Work closely with purchasing, marketing, warehousing, and logistics teams to align stock levels with launches and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate stock records via inventory management systems and ERP tools .
• Generate and interpret inventory reports (e.g., sell-through rates , aging stock , reorder points ).
• Support forecasting improvement initiatives and fulfilment process optimisation .
• Participate in stock audits , cycle counts , and discrepancy analysis .
• Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes within the inventory planning function.
