Minimum Qualifications / Experience :

Matric (Grade 12)

Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in aggregate / readymix concrete industry

Be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Must be medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act and the Company standards for medical fitness

Must have the ability to work under pressure and be deadline driven

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited not) :

Ensure optimum truck delivery scheduling is maintained

Ensure safe passage and delivery environment for delivery vehicles to and from on site

Ensure correct delivery address is viewed and confirmed day before against quantities and product ordered

Ensure product integrity is maintained during delivery cycle

Ensure customer testing is done as per required test method

Liaise with each delivery point responsible person

Assist his senior in reasonable tasks delegated

Able to provide technical and operational support to customers

Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for staff and drivers

Sound knowledge of the building and construction industry

Knowledge of the readymix industry

Understanding of technical and selling environments and industrial selling environments

People, communication and negotiating skills

Confidant

To plan, organise, motivate and control the concrete deliveries on customer site and to co-ordinate
