Job Overview

We are seeking a native Italian-speaking Recruiter based in South Africa to support international recruitment efforts for a UK-based employer. In this dynamic 360 recruitment role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, building strong candidate pipelines, and engaging with both clients and candidates across Italian-speaking markets in Europe .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle – from client briefing to candidate placement.
• Source and engage Italian-speaking candidates for roles across Europe, particularly within technical, sales, or operational functions.
• Build and nurture client relationships, supporting hiring managers with market insights and tailored talent strategies.
• Use sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, CRM) to proactively identify qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews in both Italian and English .
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s recruitment CRM system.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
