GenAI Senior Integrated Designer – Brandtech Plus

Role Overview

As a GenAI Senior Integrated Designer, you will use the Pencil platform to create high‑quality, high‑performance advertising for enterprise and small‑business clients. You will master the latest GenAI models to generate copy, images, video, and deliver creative that captures attention and converts audiences.

Location & Contract

Remote until further notice; 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Your Day‑to‑Day

• Develop ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google Display using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs.
• Take client briefs through all stages : insight, concept, copy, image & video generation, and final creative assembly using GenAI models and techniques.
• Supplement GenAI creative work with manual retouching when needed to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to shape briefs, respond to feedback, and deliver GenAI work (≈1 brief per day).
• Work with Training to explore and implement new GenAI techniques.
• Work with Product & Engineering to test new GenAI features and provide feedback.
• Report to the Head of Creative.
