ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• In-depth Process & Knowledge
• Practical experience in test case design, test planning and test execution
• Able to coordinate business counterparts, IT counterparts & other testers.
• Able to solve day-to-day issues throughout the test process.
• Can communicate influentially and articulately with local and international counterparts.
• Strong IT knowledge and practical experience : SAP (FICO front-end user experience)TOSCA (very important!)JIRA (x-ray)
• Agile methodology experience.
• Flexible with international travel (planned and unplanned)
• Strong business acumen & financial accounting background.
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM)
