We’re now looking for Reporting Controller in Bryanston.Working at Head Office as a Reporting Controller you will be responsible for all Decision Support and Control activities within Nestlé in the Market including production and distribution of timely, accurate and relevant management reporting and analysis, ensuring functional leadership on controlling and coordination with business and co-pilots.A day in the life a Reporting Controller :
Drive the Management Reporting process to provide all required reporting necessary to deliver transparent and timely information and ensure quality of processes and outputs, which in scope of :Coordinate accurate consolidation and timely submission of Magnitude packages and OSOT within Group deadlines (SACT, PACT, MASH, DF, PICA, SCOM) and other market reporting under BPRManage and assist management reports on main business Objectives / KPI to local managementProvide relevant reporting for the Group / Zone (e.g. Monthly Zone deck, cost below COP etc).Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of Markets’ financial reporting in full compliance with NAS to Group Reporting and ControlBusiness planning :Lead business planning process - Operational Plan, Dynamic Forecast and annual budgetCoordinate DF consolidation and monitoring to ensure the achievement of financial objectivesQuantify risks / opportunities from gap analysisProvide support for Market Business & StrategyOperational control :Monitor PFME spending and proactively coordinate with Business Controllers to managed spending expectationConsolidate marketing activity / PFME of NIM businesses, including PFME related information for monthly business review presentation and NIMCOMProvide support for various analysis / alternative to support decision-making process (e.g. consolidate PFME report, post evaluation, etc).Support business co-pilots for business planning process by providing history information PFME by type / channel / BU / productPerforming analysis regarding Strategic Revenue ManagementProvide ad-hoc support and analysis to Business units and Corporate Functions in the areas of PFME and marketing ActivitiesOther ad hoc analysis as and when requiredWhat will make you successful?
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or CIMA / CA (SA) advantageousPrior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g. Sales, Factory or Supply Chain Controller)SAP, Excel and PowerPoint experienceStrong numerical and analytical skillsSpeed and accuracy with figuresExceptional attention to detailAbility to prioritise in order to meet multiple deadlinesStrong stakeholder engagement experience and management, capable of leading others and working effectively in a diverse team environment.Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressurized situations, adaptable in a stressful environmentSolution drivenAccounting / Financial Services jobs
