Role Overview :

The ESG & Impact Manager is responsible for implementing the Investment Funds ESGMS and IMMS across the full investment cycle. The role oversees the development and execution of all ESG and Impact policies standards procedures management systems and reporting requirements and manages the Funds Impact Officer.

Working closely with the deal team the ESG & Impact Manager ensures that ESG and Impact obligations are applied monitored and reported for each investment and portfolio company.

The role safeguards full compliance with the Funds ESGMS IMMS and investor requirements and supports the delivery of the Funds overall ESG and Impact objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

ESGMS & IMMS Implementation

• Lead development integration and continuous improvement of the Funds ESGMS and IMMS.
• Implement ESG processes on behalf of all investors.
• Work with deal teams and portfolio companies to ensure effective due diligence baseline data and ongoing E&S compliance.
• Manage ESG & Impact workstreams (stakeholder engagement grievances measurement reporting).
• Oversee ESG and Impact research and communicate performance internally and externally.
