Job Overview :
My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Internal Team Manager to oversee and optimise the performance, structure, and output of our internal team. This strategic role will drive day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring strong internal discipline, smooth team coordination, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, people management, and performance metrics, combined with an understanding of HR processes and a knack for client engagement. Key Responsibilities :
Team Management & Leadership
Performance Monitoring & Coaching
Regularly assess individual and team output and work quality.
