Responsibilities
- Portfolio is 100% Agric
- Oversee all activities performed by team representatives serving a client segment of 150 million plus
- Achieve net profit growth for the business
- Drive an increase in average balance of a specific portfolio of liabilities
- Manage costs or expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
- Manage and grow existing clients and grow portfolio through pro-active portfolio management
- Maximise business portfolio, cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
- Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, application procedures, processing and timelines to drive and achieve sales targets
- Analyze and understand complex client needs and provide appropriate solutions through deal structuring
- Manage sales lead pipeline and enter all qualified leads into the pipeline
- Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives with performance measures
- Ensure compliance with systems and procedures as laid out by FNB
- Adhere to relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in the area of accountability
- Initiate, prepare and present credit proposals to the credit committee to secure facilities within policy
- Accumulate information to review work progress for reporting, decision making and improvement opportunities
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You
Business Banking Degree (Financial)Agric related qualification will be an advantageMust have RE5 and recognized qualification by Financial Sector Conduct Authority3-5 years banking experience and judgmental credit, Agric experiencePerson must not be an unrehabilitated insolventIn accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record checkYou Will Have Access To
