Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support : Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, including orders, complaints, and general support.
• Sales Engagement : Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Issue Resolution : Turn challenges into opportunities by offering thoughtful, solution-oriented responses.
• Feedback Loop : Capture and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
• Order Review : Support customers with design and order queries to prevent issues before they arise.
