Job Description

Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be respo0nsible for the following key duties :

Maximise commercial performance by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards

Take full ownership of project delivery , from planning to completion

Ensure all site operations are carried out safely and in compliance with environmental regulations

Oversee quality control to deliver defect-free work aligned with project specifications

Manage project programmes and prepare weekly / monthly progress and forecast reports

Coordinate procurement and resource planning to ensure timely availability of materials and labour

Lead stakeholder communication , including reporting to clients, consultants, and internal teams

Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity and workflow

Support audits, site reporting, and HR compliance , including attendance tracking and documentation.

Drive operational excellence by implementing KPIs, SOPs, and continuous workforce motivation

Qualifications

• BSc / BTech / Diploma Building / Construction Management
