Job descriptionEngage with clients, financial advisors, product providers, and compliance teams. Prepare and manage documentation for client meetings and reviews. Track and process new business, resolve queries, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate client information and support the advisor team with administrative needs. Lead and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Act as the first point of contact for client queries across both personal and employee benefits lines of business. You have 5–10 years of experience in long‑term insurance or financial services. You have proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and client‑centric. You thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment where excellence and integrity drive results.
