GC Realty & Development is hiring a Tenant Relations Specialist — a friendly, focused team player who ready to support our residents with excellent service and a positive attitude, every single day.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, texts, and chats with helpful, upbeat communication
• Manage move-out logistics and make sure every step is wrapped up properly
• Keep our systems up to date with clear and accurate records
• Create and assign tasks through platforms like Podio and our Comms App
• Collaborate with internal teams so nothing falls through the cracks
• Help identify patterns and suggest ways to improve our processes

Qualifications

What We Offer

$5-$7 USD / hour , based on experience

Fully remote role (quiet, dedicated home workspace required)

Full-time schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM CST

Training & mentorship from a collaborative leadership team
